WEST OF ENGLAND MOTOR CLUB LTD 

JUNE TRIAL

Date: Wednesday 10th June 2026   Permit no: ACU #207844

Announcement: The West of England Motor Club will organise a trial held under the National Sporting Code, The Trials Standing Regulations of the ACU and any final instructions that may be issued.

Eligibility: All riders must hold a current ACU Trials Registration Card or SACU Licence. Riders from other Federations must produce a licence and start permission confirming insurance issued from their own FMN.

Categories: Group A1 solos & B1 sidecars

Start: Bottor Rock Farm, Hennock, TQ13 9PT. What3words:grafted.central.tasks. 6pm start (signing on will remain open for approx. 30 minutes for those pre-entered who will be coming straight from work).

Entries:

  • 120 riders maximum, online pre-entry via www.southdevontrials.com for a reduced entry fee to be made by 9th June 2026 at 8pm, £25 sidecars, £20 adult solos, £6 youth solos (Youth E/Youth Beginners conducted session is free).

  • Day entries will be accepted for a higher entry fee of £30 sidecars, £25 adult solos, £10 youth solos if not already full.

  • Entries will be accepted on a first come first serve basis, should the entry limit be exceeded ahead of the closing date a reserve list will be taken.

  • Please note that if the event is cancelled for any reason, including permit withdrawal, refunds will be less any admin fees. Please do not enter if you do not accept these terms.

Refund policy:

  • Withdrawals received on or before 9th June 2026 will receive a full refund less any administration/online entry transaction fees.

  • Withdrawals after 9th June 2026 will receive no refund.

Classes:

Adult and Youth classes on each route -

  • Personal route - in the begins and out the ends

  • White route – novice/classic level

  • Yellow route – sportsman level

  • Red route – clubman level with a few lower level clubman expert sections

  • Sidecars

Method of marking: To be run under TRS 22B Non-stop ruling.

Sections: 1 course, 10/12/18 sections, 2/3 laps (TBC), various starts.

Final Instructions & Results: To be emailed to riders and posted on the club website, www.southdevontrials.com and Facebook page.

There will be a caterer in attendance at this event.

Observers required, you will receive a meal voucher and a contribution towards your cost of getting to the event.
