Announcement: The West of England Motor Club will organise a trial held under the National Sporting Code, The Trials Standing Regulations of the ACU and any final instructions that may be issued.
Eligibility: All riders must hold a current ACU Trials Registration Card or SACU Licence. Other riders must produce a licence and Start Permission confirming Insurance from their FMN.
Categories: Group A1 solo machines.

Start: Rippon Tor Firing Range, Nr Ashburton, Devon, TQ13 7HY, What3Words – assemble.sheet.handfuls, 10am start.
Entries:
120 riders maximum in classes at the top of the woods and 80 riders maximum in classes at the bottom of the woods (subject to review), online entry only via www.southdevontrials.com , entry fee of £20 per adult, £6 per youth. Sidecar entry fee will be £25.
Entries will close on 15th January 2026 at 8pm or when full, whichever comes first.
Entries will be accepted on a first come first serve basis, should the entry limit be exceeded ahead of the closing date a reserve list will be taken.
Please note that if the event is cancelled for any reason, including permit withdrawal, refunds will be less any admin fees. Please do not enter if you do not accept these terms.
Refund policy:
Withdrawals received on or before 5th January 2026 will receive a full refund less any administration/online entry transaction fees.
Withdrawals received after the 5th January 2026 and on or before 15th January 2026 will receive a 50% refund less any administration/online entry transaction fees.
Withdrawals after 15th January 2026 will receive no refund.
Classes: Classes for all SW Centre Solo Trials Championship classes with the exception of Youth D which will run at an event later in the year. There will be an additional Sidecar class run on a separate course.
Method of marking: To be run under TRS 22B Non-stop ruling.
Sections: 3 courses, each with 3/2 laps of 12/18 sections, various starts.
Final Instructions & Results: To be emailed to riders and posted on the club website, www.southdevontrials.com and Facebook page.
A caterer will be in attendance.
Observers required, you will receive a meal voucher and a contribution towards your cost of getting to the event.
